North America Ordering

We'll be setting up an on-line shopping cart system as soon as we can, but for now please call us at the number below. We do prefer that our customers check stock, and it's always nice to make sure you are indeed ordering the "right" item, so a phone call is the best way to do that. We do have an order form you can print, fill out and mail or fax* to us.

*NOTE: Due to the overwhelming amount of fax-spam we were receiving this year, we have been keeping the fax machine off, so give a quick ring at 925.820.2628 to have us turn on the fax before sending by fax.

If you want a total with shipping charges(and sales tax if you're in Calif.) You can use our Quote Form with your list of goodies and we will get back to you usually within 1 day, and usually a lot sooner. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus/Bravo, American Express cards, and Pay Pal, personal or company checks, cashiers checks or money orders, and traveler's checks in-store. Personal & company checks for large amounts must be bank-verifiable; Wells Fargo is a problem in this regard since they only let account holders verify checks and we don't have one there. We do not accept Diner's Club, ATM cards, or any non-imprinted checks.
