Raft, Inflatable Kayak, and Cataraft Free Shipping Details

We offer free UPS ground shipping for many AIRE, Tributary, and Rocky Mountain models over $800. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 States only. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii we will apply 5% of the boat's retail price toward UPS shipping costs. This 5% allowance does not apply to postal shipments and we do not do any free postal shipping - there is simply too much extra time involved.

Free shipping is notated on the individual boats it applies to. Package deal boats are not free shipping. If a raft is too large or too heavy for the regular UPS package service and has to go by motor freight, then the free shipping only applies to commercial addresses, or to pick-ups at the freight terminal for whichever freight company is used. Freight carriers charge exorbitant extra fees for residential addresses, typically around $130 now. We have no interest in charging anyone that residential fee, but if the only place you can have the raft delivered is to your house, then the you will have to cover that upcharge.

Our shopping cart automatically adds shipping fees. If you want to use the cart, go ahead and we will deduct the UPS fees on any boat with free shipping, or you are also welcome to phone your order in at 925-820-2628. Our cart system does not ring up your credit card; it merely authorizes up to the dollar mount shown. Because we use the Authorize.net system, we can lower totals very easily. If you use Paypal, we will send the UPS fees back to your account.

If you want to know what shipping will cost on a boat that does not have free delivery, please email us your zip code & let us know if the boat will be going to a business address or to your home. Always feel free to call us for this information too.
