OVERSEAS ORDERS: Due to fairly widespread use of ill-gotten credit card numbers, the fact that credit card processors often approve a card only to later deny it long after items have shipped (up to 90 days!), and the further problem that we are unable to electronically verify addresses for foreign orders, we cannot accept credit cards for orders shipped outside the U.S. unless the billing address for that card is within the U.S. We may be willing to make exceptions for Canadian customers as long as they provide the bank phone number on the rear of the card and are having the item shipped to the billing address on file.
If you are outside the U.S. you can pay for your order by bank wire transfer, Paypal, an international cashier's check/money order, or with traveler's checks signed on both lines and sent by registered mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex. International money orders MUST have the issuing bank's phone number on them.

MINIMUM OVERSEAS ORDERS: Yet another area that has become a problem is people inquiring about buying a $29 item that we make seven or eight bucks profit on, and wanting it shipped to Outer Mongolia. Here's the thing: there is a considerable amount of extra paperwork involved with overseas orders, not to mention all the usual time involved packaging, writing receipts, preparing labels, and, if it is being mailed, driving to the Post Office & standing in line there too. Therefore we have a $250 minimum order on all overseas shipments. Please note that flammable adhesives will NOT be shipped overseas regardless of the order size.
