The two-piece 5' spare raft paddles from we carry now are from Bravo in Italy, and they have a RED blade and an aluminum shaft with a black hand grip. The photo above shows the ivory color blade Caviness Spare we used to carry, but the Bravo is every bit as good with a slightly larger diameter shaft. The longer shaft section measures a very stowable 36". These 5' Spares run $55 each.
Figuring out where to put a five foot long object on a paddle raft is always a pain in the butt, so this product offers a great solution and has a tough blade worthy of whitewater.
