Overview

OarRights and Blade Rights are $35 each for both varieties.

The original OarRights from Tom Grant Sporting Goods are flat on the end that sits against the oar lock, and are made in the USA. The new style Blade Rights from AIRE are not flat on the side toward the oarlock, they are beveled. This allows you to angle the oar more deeply into the water. In many cases this might not be a good idea since the deeper you go with your blade the more likely you are to hit subsurface rocks, but the type of rivers you run will determine that.
