The AIRE Landing Pads now have reinforced corners, a small upgrade from the earlier versions. This size is not quite as popular as the 30", but it should be since few backpack tents will hold a pair of 30" width Pads. For that matter, very few solo air mattresses are any wider than two feet.
Right now we hare low and may only have one color on this 24" width. Landing Pads are 3" thick and 6-1/2' long. This is AIRE's version of the ever-popular Jack's Plastic Welding Paco Pad at a lower price, though in fairness to Jack, Landing Pads are made in China not New Mexico, so if you prefer American-made by all means stick with his.
The Landing Pads are very comfortable self-inflating mattresses with open cell foam on the interior and a pvc boat material exterior. These are a bulky 9" in circumference when deflated and the 24" Pad weighs about 10.5 pounds. These are intended for rafters and car camping. If you are going to use yours inside a smaller tent, we would recommend the narrower size. Two of the wider ones will generally not fit the interior of a two person tent side by side. Measure your tent before you order. These have a summit kayak air valve, compression straps, and a stuff sack.
